Caleb kept plopping his foot up and over his car seat and onto Scottie's leg. Sometimes that would make Scottie cry (being hungry helped...) and then that would make Caleb cry too. 
They kept feeding off of each other. At the end of the day we were looking for a restaurant to eat in and the kids were getting fussy so we just went into the Hard Rock Cafe and it ended up being the perfect place because it was so loud in there no one could hear our kids screaming... everyone was just watching the Michigan - Ohio State football game and listening to the music they were playing. It worked out great!
