Okay, so since our flight arrived in San Francisco 1:45 late, I think Caleb did exceptionally well. Amy gave him some Benadryl before we left thinking he'd sleep, but instead he was wired the rest of the trip. I ended up holding him back by the bathrooms where there was some room to walk around for 30 minutes at one point... when that didn't work Amy put her head phones on Caleb and he loved it - we had to take a picture. It was short-lived peace, however. We had to try lots of things until we landed.
