So Jon tells me he can put me on his Lehi Rec Center membership... I take some close with me and meet him down there are 11am only to find out that I can only be added on to his membership if I "live" in Jon's house. "Well, he's my brother-in-law..." says Jon - NO DICE. I fork out the $2.50 to go lift with him. We do bench press... ouch, leg press... getting to be an ouch, pec fly... ouch, lat pull... not sore yet. I've decided I need to go get a massage tomorrow because it hurts so good. Thanks, Jonny boy!
